U9 Technical Development & Scrimmage Sessions (Ages 6–9)
Designed specifically for young players ages 6–9, these high-energy sessions focus on building strong fundamentals in a fun, structured, and competitive environment.
Athletes will develop confidence on the ball while learning the core skills that create complete, disciplined, and intelligent players.
⚽ What Players Will Work On:
- Passing and receiving fundamentals
- Movement on and off the ball
- Dribbling with control and creativity
- Shooting technique and confidence in front of goal
- Introduction to proper tackling habits
- Basic positioning and team shape
- Communication, leadership, and discipline
- Small-sided scrimmages to apply skills in game scenarios
Players receive positive, real-time coaching and feedback to help them grow technically while building teamwork and decision-making skills. The goal is to develop confident young athletes who understand the game and enjoy competing.
📍 Location & Schedule
Wednesdays – NDO Fitness (Bedford)
High-intensity technical training followed by structured scrimmages.
Saturdays – BMO Soccer Centre (Halifax)
First hour block (April–October)
Technical development and competitive small-sided play.
